We’re proud of this award, and we owe it to the business owners who have trusted us with a different way of doing benefits.

About the NABIP Trailblazer Award

NABIP President Susan Rider said the honor recognizes companies that create change instead of waiting for it, noting that HRASimple has been central to the growth of the ICHRA marketplace and continues to influence the future of employer-sponsored healthcare.

That distinction means a lot to us. When ICHRA launched, there was no playbook for it. Group insurance was the only real option most small businesses had, and for a lot of them, it wasn’t working.

We bet early that there was a better way to do this, and we have spent years making the case for it to employers, brokers, and lawmakers.

Today, we’ve helped more than 300 businesses make the move to ICHRA, many of them offering real health benefits to their teams for the first time.

To Our Clients: Thank You

An award like this doesn’t happen without the people who took a chance on something new, and we’re grateful to every broker and employer who have trusted us with something this important.

It has been a joy to see so many businesses offering benefits that truly work for the employers and the employees alike. Our favorite part of our job is hearing from clients who say they can finally manage their benefits budget, and their employees are happy with their coverage.

So if you’ve worked with HRASimple at any point, this recognition belongs to you as much as it belongs to us. Thank you for trusting us to take insurance off your plate and put choice back in your employees’ hands.

And if you’ve wondered whether ICHRA could work for your business, we’d love to be part of your strategy. Let’s start with a conversation about your goals.
